R. v. T.L.- Assault, Mischief Under and Possession of a Weapon for a Purpose Dangerous to the Public

My client was charged with Assault, Mischief Under and Possession of a Weapon for a Purpose Dangerous to the Public. All charges were dismissed after trial because I was able to question the witnesses to the point where they were unbelievable. As a result the Judge found that the crown’s witnesses were incredible and my client was acquitted of all charges.
