R. v. W.Y.Y.- Assault X 3, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of Weapons Dangerous, Mischief Under $5000 and Uttering Threats

My client was charged with 3 counts of Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of Weapons Dangerous, Mischief Under $5000 and Uttering Threats. As a result of continuous meetings and conversations with the Judge and the assigned crown I was able to convince them that they did not have a chance to win the matter, no reasonable prospect of conviction, and therefore all charges were withdrawn.
