R v R.N. – Charged with Two Counts of Assault

My client was charged with two counts of Assault, against a security guard, and Theft Under. The matter proceeded to trial and the charges were dismissed after trial because the security was not believed as a result of me questioning him. Therefore my client was found not guilty of all charges.
